I attended a function at Bells, and from a venue point of view it was run very well. Great finger/light food and very friendly staff. On the day of my visit the weather was a little windy and later wet making the deck less usable but inside was fine. Great views but no parking on site (a 5 minute walk)

Had my wedding here last weekend, Alana and Ma were so easy to deal with! Alana was easy to work with prior, and was happy to meet prior to discuss where everything would go on the day. Ma made the night run smoothly and was very accommodating! There was nothing too hard for this venue, I would highly recommend!

We had our wedding reception here over the weekend and the lead up to the day Alana was amazing easy to work with the team on the day were amazing! Ma the waitress and bartender were awesome the food was amazing Had no stress at all from the start to the finish thankyou team for making our day special!

Attended a function last night and was very impressed. The food was abundant and delicious. Staff were friendly and professional. The view was amazing. We were so happy with everything we plan on booking out 50th birthday event here .

Highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any other function. The venue is tastefully decorated, with a beautiful deck and riverside view. The coordinating and event staff are good communicators, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They very much supported me to plan my wedding reception with different vendors and had great suggestions on additions and timings. Our wedding receptions ran very smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and the chef accommodated a range of dietary requirements. The prices are very reasonable. Many of our guests mentioned they would be interested to attend another event here.

Possibly one of the worst function experiences ever. If you have anyone with dietary requirements, even if you have pre-arranged with the catering manager, they will likely go home hungry after being dismissed by very rude, dismissive wait staff.

Very nice space for a small wedding. Cocktail food was substantial and delicious. Drinks service was attentive. Beautiful setting on the water.

I ran an event at this function centre earlier in the year. Fantastic views, great set up, but I had some issues with staff changing over during the planning stages of the event and some details getting missed/forgotten. The actual set up on the night was ok and the staff were friendly and helpful. I ended up running my event here because there is a distinct lack of function spaces in Perth that aren't bars for hire (not on Fri/Sat), can actually fit 150-200 people if needed, and are disability accessible. So if that is what you are looking for this place if great. They are very expensive though.
