Willow Pond Reception Centre

Good place to go for high tea, scones and muffins if you need to satisfy your sweet tooth, they also make hot food which tasted amazing, loved the chips. There is also a great view which can be seen if you choose to sit either inside or outside. Recommended!

A Fabulous venue for Special occasions, Weddings or a spot of lunch or high tea. Great menu choices with delicious food and courteous service. The exterior gardens are breath taking .

Partner and I have started visiting more frequently as it never disappoints us. Service is consistent and staff always go out of their way to make sure that everything is fine. The food portion sizes are modest and the quality of the food is outstanding. The restaurant is suitable for any occasion from lunch with the family to a dinner date. Will return soon.

I ate lunch the other day at Ramon's Restaurant, part of the Willow Pond function centre.Had a burger - a great way to tell how good most of the food is. Absolutely loved it. The burger itself was much larger than I was expecting. Patty was well seasoned and the rest complemented it perfectly. The chips were perfectly cooked too. Great value for money.We sat outside, overlooking the lake and gardens. Lots different types of birds and a whole lot of gigantic koi.This was a great place to eat. I had a look through the wedding reception rooms in the function centre area. They looked spacious and clean, with a separate entrance to the restaurant. They had parquetry floors, so you wouldn't need to hire a dance floor. With a backdrop like the gardens, it would be a fantastic place for a reception. Have the family photos in the garden, somewhere for kids to play or for the adults to spread out.

Went for high tea one weekend. The gardens are fantastic. Well maintained, interesting and lots of variety. It's a little oasis in surburbia that makes you think that you are somewhere exotic. High tea was fine with a good selection of sandwiches and cakes. While the immediate garden is nice, there is (of course) no view.

We have just enjoyed a lovely breakfast at this venue. Eating our breakfast (which was delicious) over looking the pond. A lovely way to start a day. Special mention to Monique your amazing the service from you was incredible so a big thank to and hope you have a great day

Location and service is fantastic, easy parking. Willow pond has beautifully maintained Japanese inspired gardens. Really enjoyable to sit outside on a sunny day enjoying the giant koi pond. Kid friendly with giant chess board and plenty of lawn. Food is decent for the suburbs. Had a really enjoyable meal in beautiful surrounds. We had a table of 20+ and they could cater for us well.

Venue is amazing. Beautiful scenery with a relaxing ambience. Gone on dates and outings with my missus there multiple times and it has always consistently been clean, relaxing, and very welcoming. Staff and service is great, food is incredible, and without complaint. Utilities are on a high standard. Pricing is fair with fair portion sizes and amazing quality.
